Mustaq Rajan, Director

With over 15 years’ experience in human capital solutions, Mustaq has built recruitment businesses from inception to significant presence in the UK Recruitment Sector.

Delivering human resource solutions to some of the FTSE100 companies across Europe; he possesses extensive knowledge of business development, human capital acquisition and building recruiting teams based on best practice operations.

Starting his recruitment career with PeopleQuest, Pi Executive and now Rochester Europe, he has worked in Finance, Technology and the Medical Sectors.

A Graduate from Bath University, he has published several papers on Strategic Marketing. He is a member of the IAEWP (International Association of Educators for World Peace) a UN affiliate, and he has trained with RAPID UK a search and rescue organization which responds to natural disasters.
